Neptune krill oil

Ingredients: phospholipids, omega-3 fatty acids, DHA, EPA, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids, choline, astaxanthin

Rich in omega-3 with a ratio with omega-6 of 15:1. In a normal diet this ratio is usually inverted and can be even more elevated; the consequences of which can cause energy shortage o a tendency towards inflammation. Oils and fats are our most important reserves of energy. Krill oil doesn’t contain triglycerides, and so is better absorbed and metabolized by the organism. It improves cerebral function and nervous activity, it strengthens joints and connective tissue, reduces liver fat and improves bile flow.
