Aurum S.n.c. (hereinafter Supplier) ships from Monday to Friday. The Supplier does not make any deliveries on certain public holidays. The Supplier will only be able to manage orders destined for places located in one of the countries where the shipping service is available, select them at the time of Checkout on this website.

The delivery time corresponds to the sum of the order preparation time and the courier's shipment transit time. Order preparation time is estimated to be 24-48 hours, depending on the time of receipt of the orders in the systems. The time needed by the courier for delivery to the address indicated in the order (transit time) must be added to the preparation time.

The Site will communicate to the User the name of the Courier, the type of service and its cost. The transit time can be calculated on the Courier's website. The User must remember that, if he pays by bank transfer, the time taken by the Supplier to correctly receive the transfer will be added to the delivery time. The Supplier recommends that the User checks the condition of the packaging upon delivery of the order. In the event that the packaging is damaged, the Supplier recommends the User not to accept the delivery. In these cases, after registering the return, the Supplier will resend it without charging any cost to the User.

Our transport pricing policy is to make it clear and transparent and not hide the related cost.

The transport cost for national shipments is fixed at 5.50 Euros.

The cost of transportation for international shipments varies depending on the shipping area.


Canceling an order before shipping

The User may cancel an order provided that such order does not contain personalized products and without having to give any explanation if the order has not been shipped. If a User wants to cancel an order and the order meets the above requirements, the User must contact the Supplier's telephone support service or send an email to the support address indicated on the Site. As soon as the Supplier receives the cancellation request, assistance will request the warehouse to cancel the order. If the order is subject to cancellation, the Supplier will send the User an email confirming such cancellation, and the cancellation will not incur any costs. If the Supplier has already received payment for the order, the relevant amount will be immediately returned to the User.


Return of products after delivery - defective products

Users who have placed an order through the Site have the right to return defective products or products that do not correspond to the order placed. The User has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date to make assistance complaints. This term does not constitute a violation of your rights established by law. In the event that the User's complaint is justified, the Supplier will refund the User the order amount and shipping costs or resend the corrected order.


Return of products after delivery - for any reason

If the User is not satisfied with the products purchased, regardless of the reason, he or she has fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of delivery provided that the products meet the following requirements:


The products have not been used

the product is in its original packaging and in good condition (packaging that has been damaged in any way is considered to be in poor condition);

the product retains its original labels intact without manipulation;

the product is complete.


Return of products after delivery - Replacement of products

Currently the Supplier has a goods replacement service and a product return service, according to the conditions set out in the articles indicated above.
